A Dulcet EP Release With Japanese Label

(February 22nd, 2017 – Tokyo, Japan ) When he’s not on Twitter or going about his casual GTL lifestyle, Lil Texas is deep in the studio cranking out tunes, one after another. Always going beyond reach, Lil Texas pairs with infamous Japanese label, Trekkie Trax, to release his “4 Ever” EP — A charged up soundwave of sweet melodies and luscious synths, sprinkled with a touch of Juke. The EP cultivates you in a bright atmosphere, contiguously grooving, with each step and beat more glamorous than the last. The “4 Ever” EP officially premiered in full today, Wednesday February 22nd 2017, available for free download and stream on Spotify and Soundcloud.

“My music for this EP is intended to take the listener through a journey of emotions, particularly love. With love, comes joy, excitement, vulnerability, and fear; all feelings that make the journey worthwhile. I channeled this notion while writing the tracks and am very pleased with the turn out. Major love for Trekkie Trax giving me this opportunity. Enjoy 🙂  ”

Stemming from the sounds of the underground since 2012, DJ/Producer Lil Texas caught the electronic music scene by storm and has since then been riding a tidal wave of momentum. Without perfectly defining his ambiguous and diverse set of ethereal sounds, his music is a sonic concoction of colorful chords and harmony coupled with Trap and club rhythms that transcend listeners into a journey through time and space. As a founding member of the M|O|D crew and former Donky Pitch Records signee, he crafts sounds that revolve around a modern day aesthetic with a bass driven and Hip-Hop infused flair.

TREKKIE TRAX is a music label and an artist collective based-in Tokyo Japan since 2012. They manage their core artists such as Carpainter and Masayoshi Iimori, and so far, they have released over 70 Singles, EPs, albums as digital, CD, and Vinyl.
