Space Ibiza

Location:  Ibiza

Capacity: 5000

Website: http://space-ibiza.com

Ibiza is famous for its great nightlife and lots of amazing clubs. But, the best venue in Ibiza (and in the world, obviously) is Space. Space was established 27 years ago. It is best known for its extremely long hours and open-air parties, with airplanes roaring overhead. All of this and more makes Space the destination for any clubber visiting the White Island.

Last year, Space Ibiza was second on DJ Mag’s World’s Best Nightclubs list, but this year the clubbing world has spoken and has decided to right their collective wrong by voting Space Ibiza back into the number one position in its final year.

Green Valley

Green Valley Camboriu, Brazil

Location: Camboriu, Brazil

Capacity: 8000

Website: http://greenvalley.art.br

What Space means for Ibiza, Green Valley means for the Brazilian clubbing. Green Valley needs no introduction, especially after it was the winner of last year’s Top 100 Clubs poll. This mega-venue has definitely deserved and enjoyed the World’s No.1 club title during the past 12 months. Because of its popularity, it drew in some top-notch bookings in 2015, such as Hardwell, Axwell and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, house heroes Noir, Sharam Jay and Sirus Hood, plus dance music legends like Fatboy Slim and David Guetta.

Green Valley was established back in 2007, as a rave tent in the middle of an airfield, set up to host a local rave. Nowadays, the Valley leaves every visitor breathless with its three rooms, impressive laser shows CO2 cannons and several whopping Funktion 1 soundsystems, and a massive man-made lake. Those who prefer adding fancy to their clubbing experience, they will definitely enjoy spending time in an elevated VIP mezzanine and a hair-dressing salon.

Amnesia

amnesia ibiza

Location: Ibiza, Spain

Capacity: 4000

Website: http://amnesia.es

There are so many reasons why Amnesia has climbed the world’s best nightclubs list so high in the past few years. Besides the great clubbing experience, there is nothing like watching the sunrise over the Amnesia terrace. The terrace used to be open-air, but boring neighbors complained and now it is covered. But, the club and the terrace have not lost any of its magic.

Amnesia was founded back in the 1970s, on the site of an old rural farm. Originally, the discotheque played everything from rock and pop to funk and soul, before morphing in to a full-scale nightclub with the boom of Balearic Beat in the ’80s.

Pacha Ibiza

Pacha Ibiza

Location: Ibiza, Spain

Capacity: 3000

Website: http://www.pacha.com

Pacha is one of the White Isle’s longest-standing nightlife clubs. You would have to try very hard to find an Ibiza clubber who can’t recognize Pacha’s famous cherry logo.

As you may know it, Pacha Ibiza was conceived by one Ibiza resident, who is also a very famous DJ – David Guetta. His ex-wife Cathy helped him back in the 1990s to create the club and make it famous as it is nowadays.

“Pacha Ibiza is my favourite club in the world,” says Guetta. “It’s at the same time sexy and musically credible. It just feels like home.”

Once again, Pacha Ibiza is in the top five in DJ Mag’s Top 100 World’s Best Nightclubs. This club Pacha has long held a place in clubbers hearts and will remain there for some time to come.

Octagon

Octagon Seoul South Korea
